To strengthen our **Quality Assurance** team, based in Braine, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:Vendor Quality Lead Bio DS, GMP GSP Quality Operations.**

**About the role**:
This position will provide leadership and QA expertise in driving strategic and operational Quality Assurance activities associated with Global Vendors (Contract Manufacturing Organizations) engaged in GMP manufacturing activities of Biological Drug Substance for UCB Products. This will be achieved through close partnering with QA colleagues and management within UCB and external. The role works closely with colleagues of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Development, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement and more.

**What you’ll do**:

- Serve as the central QA contact for investigations, deviations, change controls and audit observations with assigned vendors, conducting thorough QA reviews and gathering supportive information from stakeholders.
- Manage key performance indicators for operational QA activities associated with vendors, tracking performance using designated tools.
- Ensure all quality agreements with vendors are in place and up-to-date, collaborating with QA colleagues and vendors for periodic reviews and updates.
- Oversee the execution of the Annual Product Stability Program at vendor sites, adhering to UCB Stability Program guidelines.
- Facilitate timely completion and review of Product Quality Reviews by vendors, ensuring documentation in the UCB Controlled Documents System.
- Participate as the QA representative in recurrent vendor meetings, addressing issues, proposing resolutions, and driving vendor quality performance improvements.

- Master’s degree
- Demonstrate fluent and confident English language proficiency both verbally and in writing.
- Exhibit autonomy in handling complex situations without direct supervision, impacting multiple departments.
- Effectively interact with and influence senior internal and external stakeholders on project and product matters.
- Manage projects across global geographies and demonstrate professional maturity, setting challenging objectives and driving results.
