- United Kingdom**Equans is looking for an Soft Services Manager to join our team in Edmonton, London on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary up to £41,500 and benefits package.**

The role holder will direct and manage the Soft services team on site at CCEP Edmonton and at times to support other Southern sites as required by the Southern Hub Manager

**What will you deliver?**

Staff Management
- Recruitment/Maintain select, also training and development of all Soft Services staff.
- To complete on site time sheets to the company time schedules, for payroll input.
- Submit and Monitor staff absences in SAP
- Keep daily staff attendance records and maintain signing in books.
- To allocate work areas to staff
- Ensure that Soft Services staff obey site rules and maintain smart appearance including the wearing of Equans PPE & uniforms
- Supporting other sites regarding hygiene and machinery.

Service Delivery
- Ensure that only the correct Hygiene materials are used on site, report any unauthorised use of chemicals not provided by the company. And control the issuing and usage of Hygiene materials.
- Ensure that all machinery is in a safe working condition by carrying out weekly checks.
- Report any defects on any electrical equipment to the appropriate Manager immediately and place out of use.
- Ensure that all equipment and stores cupboards are kept clean, and equipment and materials are locked away when not in use.
- Report any damage and safety defects on the customer’s premises.
- Monitor the standard of work of the Hygiene staff using the KPI checklist.
- Ensure all company documentation is kept up to date signed appropriately that is applicable to the role of the SSM.
- Ensure all staff are aware of the client / company statutory fire safety regulations.
- Monitor, maintain and update daily work orders to prevent KPI fails.
- Updating cost tracker to capture all costs.

Customer Service
- Be a customer service champion, take a pro-active approach to customer service management and promote good service standards, habits and methods across all sites and buildings
- Deal with customer complaints immediately, escalating serious complaints to the FM as appropriate.

- Significant experience in FM with a strong soft services bias
- Customer service orientated
- Able to build a strong relationship with all key customers to ensure professional service delivery and enhanced customer service
- Professional, Enthusiastic and conscientious
- Experience within an office environment
- Team and individual player
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers and at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Cover for FM when on leave or away on other site visits.
