You will be joining the dynamic and talented team of analysts and solution designers, responsible for the "Commercial Channels & Products" business area. This team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of commercial channels and product offerings, driving innovation, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle. This goes from gathering requirements and conducting feasibility studies to offering functional specifications and participating in user acceptance testing. In your role, you will also be evaluating the needs and objectives of the customer and while offering guidance. You dare to challenge the customer to produce the best solution to accomplish intended goals. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be vital in ensuring the successful delivery.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs and objectives
- Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing
- Providing guidance and support to developers and project teams
- Work closely with the development teams to ensure thay the technical solutions align with business needs
**Jouw profiel**:
We are looking for people with the following:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a business/functional analyst
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
- Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile
- Good knowledge of business process modeling tools, such as BPMN or UML
- A proficiency in Dutch, English and French - written and spoken knowledge is required
