Als Lab Service Coordinator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de gebruikers van het laboratorium en zorg jij ervoor dat alles goed functioneert zodat laboranten te allen tijde hun werk goed kunnen uitvoeren. Voor deze positie geven we de voorkeur aan een voltijdse tewerkstelling, maar 80% is ook mogelijk. Je zal werken op de site van één van onze grootste farmaceutische klanten in België, met locatie in Beerse. Je zal de mogelijkheid hebben om in een vooraanstaande organisatie binnen de sector te werken in een rol waar jij hét aanspreekpunt bent voor laboranten. Het team
Dit team in Beerse telt momenteel zeven Lab Service Coordinatoren en staat gekend als een team dat kennis en ervaring uitwisselt om zo elkaar te laten groeien en elkaar te helpen.
Binnen de rol maak je deel uit van ons departement Lab & Product Services, dat de innovatie en groei ondersteunt van grote farmaceutische bedrijven en laboratoria over de hele wereld door hen te helpen met onderzoek en ontwikkeling.
Wat we zoeken
- Ervaring in een labo-omgeving is een sterk pluspunt
- Sterke vaardigheden in MS Office zijn vereist, voornamelijk met Outlook, Excel en Word
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en goed in Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling
- Goed administratieve vaardigheden, pro-actief en groot oog voor detail
- Veel aandacht voor kwaliteit én veiligheid, klantvriendelijk en oog voor netheid
- Flexibel, stressbestendig en groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
Hoe u zal groeien en een impact zal hebben
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de labo-instrumenten; je maakt tickets aan wanneer iets stuk is, je ontvangt Techniekers, plant het onderhoud, maakt aanvragen om labo-apparatuur te verhuizen en beheert alle relevante documentatie
- Je zorgt dat het labo draait, dat de werkomgeving netjes is en organiseert veiligheid checks
- Je organiseert cleanouts van ijskasten en vriezers
- Je verzamelt pipetten voor kalibraties
- Je beheert de inventaris van labomaterialen en zorgt dat alles steeds ter beschikking is door bestellingen te plaatsen en op te volgen
- Je verwelkomt nieuwe labogebruikers, organiseert rondleidingen en maakt hen bekent met veiligheids-en werkprocedures.
