Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Functional/Business Analyst** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie

Hij/zij zal:

- Werken in een team met de groep Business Analisten (5 personen) en Projectleiders (3 personen)
- Analysetaken uitvoeren in overeenstemming met de planning die is opgesteld met de betreffende Projectleider
- Analyseren van de behoeften die door uw belangrijkste zakelijke en operationele contacten worden aangegeven om de doelstellingen van de digitaliseringsstrategie te bereiken
- Op basis van bestaande processen de nieuwe processen beschrijven met betrekking tot de activiteiten waarop het digitaliseringsprogramma is gericht
- Veranderende behoeften opnemen in een roadmap met de relevante Projectleiders
- Anticipeer op potentiële risico’s en kansen
- Deze nieuwe processen en de bijbehorende functionele vereisten vertalen naar specificaties voor het interne ontwikkelingsteam (15 personen)
- Innovatieve oplossingen voorstellen om aan de nieuwe eisen te voldoen en de belangrijkste contactpersonen aan de zakelijke en functionele kant adviseren bij het analyseren van hun behoeften

Functie-eisen
- Meer dan 10 jaar ervaring als “”functioneel/Business analyst”” in complexe omgevingen (integraties van multi-technologische toepassingen)
- 10 jaar ervaring Analyse en definitie van datamodellen, flow charts, process charts, fuctionele analyse (UML et Entreprise Architecte)
- 10 jaar ervaring Rapportage over gegevenskwaliteit: identificatie van inconsistente of verouderde gegevens
- 10 jaar ervaring Verbetering van de gegevenskwaliteit: het schrijven van query’s of scripts waarmee gegevenssets kunnen worden gecorrigeerd
- 10 jaar ervaring Creëren van functionele en business documentatie
- 10 jaar ervaring Support & bug analysis
- 2 jaar ervaring Deel uitmaken van een derde lijn en vragen van gebruikers beantwoorden
- 1 jaar ervaring Nachtwerk, ’s avonds en in het weekend (aanwezigheidsdienst)
- 2 jaar ervaring expertise van meer dan 2 jaar in databasestructuur en het schrijven van query SQL
- 2 jaar ervaring expertise van meer dan 2 jaar in webservice design
- 2 jaar ervaring meer dan 2 jaar expertise in releasebeheer en applicatieintegratie
- 2 jaar ervaring kennis van de principewerking van agile tools en development tools (Devops)
