Jouw functie en team
**Onze 2 HR BP's: Ine en Valerie**:
- We zijn een HR bedrijf dat zowel kandidaten, sollicitanten als medewerkers een goed gevoel wil geven. Elk contact met GRITT moet aanvoelen als een leuke gebeurtenis.
- De focus van de HR BP’s zijn onze interne profielen. Denk hierbij aan Talent Acquisition Specialists, Sales Managers, Technical Supervisors, backoffice (HR, Finance, IT)
**Onze 2 L&D Officers: Joyce en Lieze**:
- We vinden het belangrijk om groeikansen te creëren en te bieden aan onze_ Happy Rebels_. Hierin willen we echt uitblinken en het verschil maken.
- Per functie werken we een opleidingstraject uit om van hen echte professionals te maken en hen kansen voor de toekomst te bieden. Doorgroeimogelijkheden staan dan ook centraal
- Opleidingsnoden en -vormen veranderen doorheen de tijd, dus binnen L&D speel je met verschillende leermodules: _live, e-learnings, app_We geloven sterk in _bite-sized learning._
- Daarnaast is er een belangrijk compliance-en en planningsluik aanwezig: in elk van de doelgroepen die in ons bedrijf werken (techniekers, consultants en interne bedienden) hebben we een pakket aan verplichte opleidingen, zoals heftruck, hoogtewerker, VCA,... Jouw team zorgt ervoor dat dit steeds 100% accuraat staat zodat iedereen met de juiste attesten op zak, aan de slag kan.
**Onze Event Planner: Maja**:
- We zijn van mening dat we onze medewerkers regelmatig in de watten moeten & mogen leggen GRITT organiseert graag verschillende events voor zowel onze interne als externe medewerkers.
- Samen met de Event Planner breng je diverse & inclusieve evenementen in kaart. De noden zullen uiteraard verschillen per doelgroep.
- Je durft de meerwaarde en noodzaak van evenementen in vraag te stellen. Het opstellen van een strategische jaar-, kwartaal en maandplanning is noodzakelijk. Tevens bewaak je de vooropgestelde budgetten.
Jouw stakeholders?
- Je rapporteert aan de CHRO, maar een nauwe samenwerking met het managementteam is een must.
- Je hebt in de organisatie overleg met deze eindverantwoordelijken van de bedrijven: Tec, Logi-technic & GRITT.
- Je bepaalt in samenspraak met hen de prioriteiten op basis van ROI, retentieverbetering, inflowverhoging,...
- Tevens is er een nauwe samenwerking met de Marketing Manager omtrent grote evenementen, interne rekruteringscampagnes, brandvoice voor interne communicatie,...
**Jouw profiel**:
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een achtergrond in de Human resources (bij voorkeur in **L&D**).
- ** Ervaring in de HR-sector** (outsourcing, uitzendarbeid, werving en selectie,...) is een absolute meerwaarde.
- Je hebt een echte visie over _good employeeship_ op verschillende vlakken, maar je kan je idee omzetten in projecten, acties en resultaten. Strategie en actie gaan bij ons hand in hand
- Je bent een echte trekker. Je durft gaten schieten in een idee maar komt wel met nieuwe plannen.
- Je bent _sales minded_. Je denkt aan wat kan werken in onze sector & durft hier vooruitstrevend te zijn
- Je bent een doorzetter. Eens een beslissing is genomen, ga je er ten volle voor. Een project is pas af als het ten volle is geïmplementeerd.
- Je bent ambitieus & weet teams/ collega’s mee te laten bouwen aan onze HR projecten.
- Et en Wallonie on parle le francais et de préférence, vous aussi
