Ta mission
Ton objectif est d'offrir la meilleure expérience client et de simplifier son parcours en proposant des produits et solutions accessibles et faciles à utiliser. Le client est toujours au cœur de tout ce que tu fais.
- Ton job
Lorsque tu travailles dans un Proximus shop, tu partages ce que tu aimes le plus de la technologie avec les (futurs) clients. De la présentation des derniers GSM à la recherche de la solution technologique parfaite pour un défi quotidien, aucun jour n’est jamais le même.
Chaque interaction avec un client compte. Être courtois prend un nouveau sens dans l'environnement d'aujourd'hui. C'est plus qu'un simple service avec le sourire. Cela crée des liens significatifs avec nos clients. Une solide connaissance de nos produits et services, une capacité d'écoute et de compréhension, une véritable aptitude commerciale - ces éléments sont essentiels pour offrir une expérience personnalisée. Dein Job
Wenn du in einem Proximus-Shop arbeitest, teilst du das, was du an der Technik am meisten liebst, mit den (zukünftigen) Kunden. Von der Präsentation der neuesten Handys bis hin zur Suche nach der perfekten technologischen Lösung für eine tägliche Herausforderung - kein Tag ist wie der andere.
Jede Interaktion mit einem Kunden zählt. Höflich zu sein bekommt in der heutigen Umgebung eine neue Bedeutung. Es ist mehr als nur ein Service mit einem Lächeln.
