**DESCRIPTION**:
The Belgian and Luxembourg office were set up in 2010 and currently has more than 700 people supporting the local activities for European Institutions and in the Private Sector (Banking, Insurance, Industry). In 2018 an office was established in the Netherlands. Areas of expertise are business consulting, implementation (custom dev or package implementations, infrastructure services, ITO and BPO).
Within private sector the Insurance practice is the fastest growing team with an ambitious goal to double revenues the next 2 years. To reach this goal the Insurance practice is putting specific focus on increasing the number of active engagements and scope of services offered in both the Life & P&C Insurance domains. The Benelux region is seeing a lot activity within the Life Insurance space, attraction attention of Life book of business consolidators. NTT DATA wants to be top of mind for these companies as well as for traditional insurers that want to reduce operational costs or externalise operations through core-platform migration, ITO or BPO projects.
As a key member of the team you will report to the Practice Lead, ensuring that NTT DATA continuously offers a valuable difference every day to our high-profile client organization whilst acting as a key advisor to CIO's and CxO's and board level decisionmakers, helping them to address their business, operational and technology issues.
In this role you will work with some of the insurance industry's top consultants, thought leaders and Companies, actively contributing to the NTT DATA´ European strategy definition and execution for the Life Insurance domain. The Life Insurance Practice is currently going through an exciting growth phases and we are delivering high end, high value solutions to our client base.
You can choose between being based in Brussels, Amsterdam or Luxembourg. You will grow the Benelux business and by extension the Europe Life Insurance business as several players are active at European level.
The role of the **Insurance Manager **will focus on high-end business and technology transformation support to CIOs and CxO's whilst expanding the Life insurance Practice.
**Profile description
At NTT DATA we are eager to hire a strong, senior leader who can challenge and exceed expectations of our clients:
- You can influence and advise around technology architecture and solutions from a business perspective;
- You can recruit, setup and lead high performing teams, through strong relationships and mentorship; Experience creating partnerships or supplier eco-systems to cover end-to-end client needs is considered a strong plus.
- Excellent understanding of the P&C, Health and Life Insurance domains at Benelux, both 'client' and 'supplier' landscapes. Experience at both client and supplier side is considered a strong plus.
- Proven expertise delivering exceptional client service, i.e. successful implementation of multi-year, multi-million business or IT transformation projects
- You have strong business development skills and client network (CxO, CxO -1 level) with a strong sales acumen and can assist aggressive growth;
- Understand key objectives for clients and align people to objectives, set priorities and direction.
