- Leiden en coördineren van een ontwikkelingsteam dat zich toelegt op het moderniseren van applicaties.
- Stimuleren van een samenwerkende en innovatieve omgeving om projectresultaten te bereiken.
**Beheer van applicatiemodernisering**
- Eigenaarschap opnemen van het applicatie-moderniseringsproces, van conceptualisering tot oplevering.
