**Your key areas of responsibility as a Data Governance Consultant**:
- Delivery of Data Governance projects, ranging from short-term to full implementations.
- Assisting our clients with their Metadata, Data Quality and Master Data challenges.
- Conducting Data Governance assessments, writing recommendations and developing road maps for the implementation of tailored data governance initiatives.
- Organization of workshops and interviews to help clients formulate their requirements.
- Implementing technical solutions to support our clients’ data governance initiatives.
- Implementing Data Quality, Master Data Management and/or Metadata solutions.
- Supporting clients in their Data Architecture and identifying new business opportunities at existing or new clients.
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Governance or a Data Management role
- A proven ability to design and execute Data Governance projects of varying complexity
- An ease with working in project teams at the client or running your own project team
- A commercial and customer-centric mindset
- Experience in Metadata projects using for example, Collibra, Purview/Azure Data Catalog, Alation, Talend and Informatica.
- Soft skills in verbal and written communication, change management, problem-solving to evangelize the Data Governance culture
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch
- A familiarity with Business intelligence, BI self-service, et Analytic
- Extensive knowledge of the DMBOK
- An ability to coach junior profiles and help them grow in their roles
- Knowledge of one or more project methodologies, such as Scrum
