**BUSINESS PROCESS EXPERT - PLANNING**:

**What will you do**:
The Business Process Expert Planning will drive continuous improvements and projects within the VPK Corrugated Packaging organisation. You will evaluate operational planning processes from a holistic view, consider the end-to-end process and initiate improvements or fundamental changes to the process as result of changing requirements or strategic choices. The Business Process Expert Planning will work across different Business Units and interact with Central Staff functions and local management teams within the Business units. The Business Process Expert Planning will report to the Business Process Owner Supply Chain.

Your goal:

- Monitor planning processes and define process performance measures. Define together with the Business Unit and your line manager the target working capital levels in raw materials, finished goods and customer service level.
- Hamonize and anchor planning processes within and across all plants and Business Units of VPK Corrugated Packaging.
- Evaluate and initiate improvements to the different planning processes, based upon an in-depth knowledge of SAP, OMP and planning processes. Act as process/system expert and coach the VPK Software Application Team to implement improvements.
- Request information and organise required support from Business partners involved; execute Root Cause analysis on the performance of a process/organization. Based on the root cause analysis propose improvements, test and implement the solution.
- Define and run analyses to assess the impact of tactical decisions related to machine or warehouse capacities. Recommend network capacity changes where needed.
- Plan, coordinate and lead the analysis and definition for new projects / process (improvements).
- Use project management techniques to stick to deadlines, scope and quality of implementation. Organize, take part and/or report in project/process improvement meetings.
- Anticipate and mitigate any risks potentially impacting the successful project/process improvement delivery.

**Who are we looking for**:

- You have a Bachelor or Master degree
- You have a proven track record in change management
- You have an excellent knowledge of planning processes (planning, scheduling, MRP, inventory parameter calculation)
- Communication is key, you are a strong motivator and know how to communicate effectively. You know how to easily connect with people and communicate on all levels
- You are analytical and process-oriented, always have an End-To-End process view
- Good knowledge of OMP. SAP is a strong plus
- Good knowledge of Dutch or English, French is an extra asset
- You are willing to travel up to 20% within Europe
