In het kader van groei zijn we voor hen op zoek naar een Talent Aqcuisition Specialist.
**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Talent Acquisition Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werving van potentiële werknemers om de perfecte match te vinden voor de vacatures. Je draagt hiermee bij aan het succes van de organisatie op korte en lange termijn. Je staat in voor het volledige aanwervingsproces voor alle profielen, hoofdzakelijk voor het Operations department maar ook voor de support functies. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de HR Director.
- Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je staat in voor de werving en selectie van nieuwe talenten.
- Je bent, samen met de collega’s van marketing, verantwoordelijk voor de rekruteringscampagnes
- Je neemt deel aan evenementen, jobbeurzen met het oog op het aantrekken van nieuwe talenten
- Je beheert het rekruteringsbudget en bepaalt de te gebruiken rekruteringskanalen
- Je schrijft vacatures, advertenties en posts en je staat in voor de publicatie van de advertenties op de jobsites en sociale media.
- Je verzorgt de screening van de kandidaten, stuurt testen uit en analyseert de resultaten. Je organiseert de interviews en volgt de kandidaten op tot het einde van de selectieprocedure.
- Je doet het beheer en de opvolging van de vacatures in de jobapplicatie en staat in voor de rapporten over wervingsactiviteiten (KPI's).
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
- Je hebt reeds een aantal jaren ervaring binnen rekrutering.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van (digitale) sourcingtechnieken voor actieve en passieve kandidaten.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieskills en hebt een vlotte pen.
- Je beschikt over een groot organisatietalent en bent een echte doorzetter.
- Je bent efficiënt en nauwkeurig; administratie schrikt je niet af.
- Je houdt ervan initiatief te nemen en bent best wel creatief als het over rekruteren gaat
- Je bent tweetalig en je kan goed overweg met softwarepakketten en gangbare office toepassingen.
