We are currently looking for a **Customer Service Manager** for our headquarters in Diegem.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You manage a team of 4 Customer Service Supervisors
- You keep a helicopter view of the daily operational activities at all times.
- You are responsible for the organization of the Customer Service Backline and Key Account Desk department (+/- 50 employees).
- Together with your team you ensure that the KPIs are achieved.
- You bring the Customer Service Team to 'the next level' in quality, productivity, speed and customer experience, to proactively respond to internal and external developments. Through analysis of the current flows and structures you look for opportunities to optimize and increase efficiency.
- Focus on customer experience, problem solving and customer care is key
- You find it important to execute the internal communication as well as possible.
- As a Customer Service Manager you facilitate, guide and lift the department to a higher level.
- You coach your employees, you develop an action plan and you follow it up closely.
**Your profile**:
- Experience as a people manager is a must
- You have good coaching skills and a people and results oriented approach.
- A logistics background is welcome, but not a must
- You have a commercial flair and attitude
- You are empathetic and communicative
- Problem solving is second nature to you
- You can communicate fluently in Dutch, French & English
