**Working in the Billing, Administration & Claims team**:
The Billing & Administration team in Ghent manages the financial and technical administration for building Flanders' network. This team provides focused and accurate support to the entire network organization by processing measurement reports, invoices, and material transactions. Will you help ensure that this financial administration runs smoothly?
**Your responsibilities as an Administrator**:
- You will create purchase orders for our contractors and partners who perform work on the network based on measurement reports.
- In case of uncertainty, you will consult both with our site coordinators and external contractors.
- You will issue invoices to individuals, companies, and other utility providers for relocation works performed or for network installations in new construction projects.You will meticulously record necessary data in our internal project tracking tool and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed at the end of each project.
