**The job**

As **IoT Engineer** you will be **shaping **and **supporting **our Industry 4.0 path (digital twin, IoT, AI, data projects, 5G) in our **27 malting factories**. You are part of the Global IT team and will work closely with the business process team in our factories, IT project leaders, business project leaders, business key users, IT teams, and suppliers. For some projects you will act as project leader.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You provide end to end solutions supporting business processes concerning industrial networks, PLC's, process control systems, historians, manufacturing execution systems and laboratory information management systems.
- Screen engineering projects for technology impact and support and coordinate the implementation to be aligned with the IT strategy
- You work closely together with global and local engineering and automation teams as well as third parties.
- You assist and provide solid and secure system designs and solutions to solve various business requirements.
- You engage in business decision discussions related to agility, business value, and business processes and provide input to the architectural review board when needed.
- You develop automation best practices, standards and policies.

**Master we are looking for**:

- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- You have experience with working in international teams and external partners
- You have strong analytical skills
- You speak English fluently
