**Patronale Life** is een levensverzekeringen
- en kredietmaatschappij die haar klanten bijstaat in de opbouw van hun vermogen. Zij biedt verzekeringen met gewaarborgd kapitaal en interest aan (Tak 21 en Tak 26), evenals verzekeringen verbonden aan fondsen (Tak 23). Patronale Life is een levensverzekeringsmaatschappij die kan terugkijken op bijna een eeuw ervaring met hypotheken en het beheer van spaargelden. Patronale heeft in de afgelopen jaren ook haar focus gelegd op hernieuwbare energie en immobiliën.
Patronale Life heeft dochtermaatschappijen als:
- **ESG **die expert is in het ontwikkelen, realiseren, beheren en financieren van projecten en innovaties in (hernieuwbare) energie
- **Patronale Real Estate** is actief als investeerder van logistieke en semi-industriële projecten
- **Banimmo**, beursgenoteerde vastgoedontwikkelaar sedert 20 jaar en heeft een verhuurportfolio van ca. 53.000 m² kantoorgebouwen en ca. 290.000 m² te ontwikkelen grondbank.
- **HypoConnect** is het grootste commercieel platform voor hypothecair krediet en is daarmee de referentie in België voor meer dan 700 makelaars, met het grootste aanbod in de markt en dit zowel op vlak van kredieten als verzekeringen.
**Patronale Life** is een financiële speler met een menselijk gezicht die de ambitie heeft om te blijven groeien en zoekt enthousiaste medewerkers om hieraan bij te dragen en is momenteel op zoek naar een **Senior Communication Specialist**
**Functie**:
Als **Senior Communication Specialist** hou je je bezig met het beheer van de verschillende communicatiekanalen binnenin het Sales & Marketing-departement. Hiermee zorg je ervoor dat alle communicatie vanuit Patronale Life groep op een duidelijke en consequente manier verloopt naar externe partners en klanten toe.
**Wat betekent dit concreet?**
Onder leiding van de Directeur Sales & Marketing en in samenwerking met het Sales & Marketing team ga je naast communicatie management ook met een focus op employer branding vorm moet geven aan het werkgeversmerk.
Enkele specifieke taken die je moet uitvoeren zijn:
- Ons makelaarsnetwerk op de hoogte brengen van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen.
- Mailingcampagnes op poten zetten met automatische flows, formulieren, etc.
- De Event Manager bijstaan met de communicatie omtrent evenementen.
Beheer van de sociale media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- De communicatie op onze sociale mediakanalen beheren.
- Marketingcampagnes ontwikkelen op onze sociale mediakanalen.
Beheer van Patronale Life groep websites
- De content van onze verschillende websites beheren en continue bezig zijn met het optimaliseren van het gebruiksgemak.
- Zich bezighouden met de SEO van de websites.
- Een periodieke rapportering opstellen van het verkeer op onze website.
Organisatie van webinars en opleidingen
- Webinars omtrent onze diensten en producten produceren en organiseren.
- Opleidingen organiseren, zowel aan interne als externe partijen in nauw samenwerking met opleidingsverantwoordelijke.
Beheer van marketingmateriaal
- Onze stock van onder andere relatiegeschenken beheren.
- Nieuwe brochures opstellen of bestaande brochures aanpassen.
Samen met de Sales & Broker Administration Assistant de algemene administratieve ondersteuning aan de dienst Sales & Marketing voorzien.
**Profiel**:
**Wie zoeken wij?**
- Je beschikt mínimaal over een Bachelor Communicatiemanagement of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, een werkervaring in de mediasector is zeker mooi meegenomen.
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van NL of FR en je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de tweede landstaal.
- Je hebt een groepsgeest en deelt makkelijk informatie met de leden van jouw afdeling.
- Je bent graag bezig met ondersteunende taken en het vlot helpen werken van jouw team.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht, communicatief, dynamisch, nauwkeurig, en je kan deadlines naleven.
- Je beheerst de MS Office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
- Je kan overweg met foto
- en videobewerking. (Photoshop, etc.)
