Onze IT-afdeling voert grote IT-projecten bij Infrabel in tal van domeinen.

Als Senior Project Leader for Goods Traffic Management Platform zal je meehelpen aan de uitwerking van een IT-Spoorplatform voor een vlotter onderlinge informatie-uitwisseling tussen de Port of Antwerp, Infrabel, goederen spoorweg operatoren, terminals, bedrijven, enz. om het huidige spooraandeel in het havenvervoer te verdubbelen tegen 2030.

**JOUW JOB**
- Definiëren en verduidelijken van de noden en requirements van het " IT-Spoorplatform " in dialoog met Program managers van Port of Antwerp en Infrabel. (Het IT-spoorplatform wordt in een latere fase ondersteund).
- Omlijnen en verfijnen van de volledige scope op basis van de noden en het analyseren van de impact en risico’s ervan binnen de actuele processen en afhankelijke applicaties in beide organisaties. Inbegrepen, de structurering en het voorstel van de middelen en processen om de realisatie van dit Risks & Mitigations plan te verzekeren.
- Definiëren en uitwerken van de verschillende stappen voor het transformeren van de uitgewerkte business requirements naar de te realiseren functionaliteiten.
- Deelnemen aan het definiëren van algemene governance (datasamenwerking / data-analyse / processen / cyberbeveiliging / vertrouwelijk computergebruik / autorisaties-authenticatie, enz.).
- Zorgen voor de implementatie van elke fase.
- Opstellen van een algemeen projectplan op basis van de verschillende activiteiten volgens hun prioriteit en afhankelijkheid en met respect tot de scope, de planning en het budget. Inbegrepen, de structurering en het voorstel van de middelen en processen om de realisatie van dit globale aanpak plan te verzekeren.
- Het opbouw en het voorstel voor bekrachtiging van een Approval Grid van de realisaties volgen de verschillende eisen en algemene kwaliteit criteria.
- Het bepalen van de nodige profielen, het aantal medewerkers en de verschillende aanwervingen momentum om de ideale ploeg te vormen. het voorstel voor bekrachtiging van deze studie. Het effectieve rekruteren en samenstellen van een competent en evenwichtig projectteam naargelang de behoeften van de te realiseren objectieven en het beschikbare budget.
- Realiseren van het " IT-Spoorplatform " toepassing, hetzij door een ontwikkeling door een IT-team (intern of via outsourcing) of door het aanschaffen, aanpassen en integreren van extern pakket. (Het IT-spoorplatform wordt in een latere fase ondersteund)
- Bepalen en documenteren van de verschillende nodige Business Processes AS-IS / TO-BE / steps to go / impacts - alternatives.
- Bepalen van de verschillen E2E flows / use cases en de afhankelijke validatie scenario’s.
- Bepalen en voorstellen de verschillende metingen / statistieken / gezondheid rapporteringen / alerts / instrumentaties / loggenvoorziend voor elke aspect van de realisaties.
- Bepalen, voorstellen en discussiëren van de nodige verschillende architecturen, designs, technology stacks, communicatie middelen, documentatie middelenen de betrekkende standaard processen te gebruiken.
- Aligneren en coördineren tijdens de voorbereiding en de realisatie met de diverse teams van Port of Antwerp en Infrabel, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het aanleveren en afnemen van uit te wisselen informatie.
- Opvolgen en sturen van de dagelijkse activiteiten van je team, volgens de prioriteiten en het uitgetekende projectplan om de doelstellingen binnen de deadlines, het budget en volgens het verwachte kwaliteitsniveau te behalen.
- Een aanspreekpunt zijn voor de diverse stakeholders en eventuele leveranciers in het project met het objectief hun informatiebehoeften te beantwoorden en de algemene voortgang van het project te faciliteren.
- Overleggen bij een onduidelijkheid of opinieverschil met de program manager en het stuurcomité met als doel om een optimale oplossing te vinden in respect met de doelstellingen van het project.
- Rapporteren van de voortgang van het project aan de program manager, de stuurcomité en de overige stakeholders (Business en ICT-diensten van Port of Antwerp en Infrabel) om hen op duidelijke wijze en op regelmatige basis te informeren.
- Gebruik voortdurend een achtergrond van bedrijfsanalistenbenadering en computertechnologiecultuur, om uw gesprekspartners met gezond verstand te begrijpen en uit te dagen, op basis van het volledige beeld van de context (full big picture).
- Analyse (Agile Methode) en opvolging van de aanvragen.
- Operationeel in stand houden van het SAP applicatie landschap, meer bepaald in het transversale domein Autorisatie, waardoor de toegang van de gebruikers wordt gefaciliteerd.
- Leidende rol in de SAP autorisatie omgeving, gericht op BO, SAP HANA en FIORI; ontwerp autorisatie concepten en feature updates.
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsborging van de service en implementaties, op basis van service management processen en tools.
