**Role description**
As a Business Intelligence analyst, you’ll lead data-driven analysis projects. The opportunities, barriers, and trends you identify will have a direct influence on business choices and growth strategies within our ecommerce websites. You’ll interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and work on large datasets, querying against multiple databases and/or off-the-shelf analytics packages. Present insights, analyses, and recommendations in a narrative fashion that will be shaping the user experience for millions of customers.

By nature, you enjoy tallying the numbers, viewing problems from multiple angles, providing actionable insights, and interacting with all roles and functions to influence their strategies. **Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Gather business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information or purchased sources.
- Monitor data usage to assist teams, share best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making.
- Maintain quality of the data using customer feedback, concerns, questions; internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues; and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly.
- Assess market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
- Use business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor business relevant information.
- Compile business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
- Summarize marketing, financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Profile**
**Required technical skills**
- University degree in mathematics/ statistics, physics, computer sciences or equivalent
- Experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 360 (willing to learn Google Analytics 4) +++
- Strong interest in BI and data investigation +++
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL +++
- Knowledge of data warehouse technologies +++
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools +
- Data modeling and Data analysis
- Ability to collect and compile relevant data
- Ability to analyze large raw data sets and convert the data into amazing visualization
- Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools
