Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor productielancering en presentaties, het bouwen van langdurige relaties met Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) en besluitvormers. De Gloves-activiteiten ontwikkelen in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen en strategieën van de business area’s. De Surgical markt is een dynamische markt met veel verschillende stakeholders en juist daarom is segmentatie en targeting zeer belangrijk. Binnen deze rol krijg jij ook de mogelijkheid om de distributie naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Het gaat om een zeer brede en gevarieerde Sales & Business Development rol.

Jouw profiel:

- 5 jaar ervaring binnen de healthcare sector;
- Sterk zakelijk inzicht, prestatiegericht en klantgericht;
- Strategische mindset en bewezen vermogen om verandering en innovatieve commerciële ontwikkeling te stimuleren;
- Uitstekende communicatieve, presentatie
- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden;
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- Flexibiliteit voor frequent reizen binnen de regio, inclusief overnachtingen.
