Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van 1e lijn support tickets en draagt bij aan de ondersteuning en automatisering van onze bedrijfsvoering. We streven naar efficiëntie, innovatie en klantgerichtheid, waarbij samenwerking en integriteit centraal staan. Klanttevredenheid is onze prioriteit, en we luisteren actief naar de behoeften van onze klanten om passende oplossingen te bieden.
- Wat ga je doen?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de tickets die aan jou zijn toegewezen en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden opgelost of afgesloten.
- Je analyseert de tickets en bepaalt op basis van interne afspraken, contractuele voorwaarden, jouw kennisniveau en bevoegdheden of je het ticket zelf kunt oplossen. Indien nodig communiceer je met de juiste 2e lijn support, zowel intern als extern.
- Het helder inventariseren van de aanvraag is essentieel voor een efficiënte afhandeling van het ticket. Je stelt indien nodig de juiste bijkomende vragen om alle benodigde informatie te verzamelen.
- Het nauwkeurig registreren van alle handelingen in ons ticketsysteem is van groot belang voor rapportagedoeleinden.
- Je zorgt voor vriendelijke en duidelijke communicatie met de eindklant, ook wanneer tickets langer duren dan verwacht.
- Indien nodig escaleer je problemen naar de Service Desk Teamlead en werk je samen aan oplossingen.
- Je voert diverse taken uit, zoals het configureren van nieuwe accounts, laptops/pc's/thin clients en mobiele apparaten.
Hierbij streven we naar continuïteit in kwaliteit, omdat dit vaak de eerste kennismaking is van de eindklant met onze Service Desk afdeling.

- Onderhoud van de ICT-infrastructuur voor alle business units van Hasco,MLG Vreg.
- Ondersteuning van meer dan 150 gebruikers.
- Beheer van meer dan 100 pc's, thin clients, desktops en laptops.
- Onderhoud van meer dan 20 printers en multifunctionele apparaten.
- Beheer van meer dan 100 telefoontoestellen.
- Beheer van meer dan 250 mobiele contracten.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Wat breng je mee?
- Bachelor diploma in IT, Comptia Core 2+, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Uitgebreide kennis van IT-systemen, netwerken en hardware.
- Vaardigheid in het oplossen van technische problemen en het bieden van technische ondersteuning.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Een proactieve en ondernemende houding, waarbij je kansen ziet en nieuwe ideeën aandraagt om processen en diensten te verbeteren.
