Voor onze klant, een bedrijf actief in de financiële in **Brussel**, ben ik op dit moment op zoek naar een **enthousiaste HR-manager**.
Hou je ervan om personeel doorheen de volledige HR-cyclus te begeleiden? Heeft het opstellen van nieuw HR-beleid geen geheimen meer voor jou? Ben je op de hoogte van sociale wetgeving? Ben je graag strategisch bezig maar wil je ook nog steeds operationeel actief zijn? Ben je een HR Business Partner of HR Generalist die op zoek is naar de volgende stap in zijn of haar carrière? Een samenvatting van je taken:
- Salaris
- en personeelsadministratie_
- Je ziet toe op het algemeen beheer van de personeelsadministratie. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat de volledige administratie vlot verloopt en documenten zoals verlofaanvragen, thematische verloven, ziektepapieren, arbeiderscontracten,steeds allemaal op zijn plek belanden.
- Je houdt toezicht op de volledige salarisadministratie en bewaakt de bestaande procedures die hierrond bestaan.
- HR-beleid _
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en voortdurend bijsturen van interne HR-processen en je geeft strategisch HR-advies aan het management;
- Je staat in voor de implementatie van verschillende HR-instrumenten: contractuele bepalen updaten, implementatie van nieuwe maatregelen,
- Je zorgt voor een professionele onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers en begeleidt deze personen doorheen de volledige employee life cycle;
- Je blijft steeds op de hoogte van sociale wetgeving en andere wetgevingen die impact kunnen hebben op het personeelsbeleid.
Profiel:
- Je hebt ervaring als HR Manager of je bent een ervaren HR-generalist die klaar is voor de volgende stap;
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans;
- Je hebt een degelijke kennis van de sociale wetgeving;
- Je bent hands-on en neemt graag initiatief.
