**Mission**
Documentation processus métier actuel (as is) si nécessaire. Organiser des ateliers et réunions pour identifier et clarifier les besoins, les objectifs et les problèmes métiers. Animation de workshops pour l’identification des processus métier targets (to be) avec les experts métiers et les futurs utilisateurs du logiciel. Documentation des processus to be selon les standards définis par notre client pour intégration dans la cartographie d’entreprise. Rédaction des Business Requirements et collaboration avec les analysts fonctionnels des prestataires externes. Contribution à la définition des plan de test et aux tests UAT avec le métier. Organiser des ateliers et réunions pour identifier et clarifier les besoins, les objectifs et les problèmes métiers. Selon les besoins du programme, le Business analyst sera assigné à différents projets. Ces activités auront lieu dans les locaux de notre client au moins 3 jours par semaine (le reste des prestations pouvant être effectués à distance).
Profil
Expérience en tant que Business Analyst dans des projets de développement de logiciels - Medior (3 à 5 ans)
Expérience en tant que process analyst (documentation as is, KPI's, amélioration continue) - Medior (3 à 5 ans)
Animation de workshops avec des experts métiers - Senior (supérieur à 5 ans)
Expérience au sein d'un GRD - Souhaité
Maîtrise d'outils de modélisation de process (Microsoft Visio...) - Medior (3 à 5 ans)
Documentation selon le standard BPMN - Medior (3 à 5 ans)
Maîtrise de la suite MS Office
Niveau de français C2
