**Function**:
The Business Acceleration & Partnerships team is looking to grow its capabilities in market intelligence for the renewable energy market worldwide.
As Market Intelligence Intern, you will support our team to **undertake market research and data analysis to help assess the competing landscape, identify promising trends as well as inform on the development of new digital products and market opportunities.**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the Business Acceleration & Partnerships team in **delivering high-quality market reports, briefs and other documents** in a timely fashion.
- **Gather relevant data, research, and insights on solar and wind energy markets, competition, policy, and technology trends** to ensure a strong understanding of those.
- **Develop comprehensive reports, briefing notes, presentations and relevant materials (SWOT matrix, visuals, etc).**
The regional focus will be first on **Europe, United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia Pacific markets**. You will report to the Head of the Business Acceleration & Partnerships team who will guide you during your internship period.
**Profile**:
We are seeking someone passionate about renewable energy and digital innovation. You are deeply detail-oriented and highly motivated to deliver high-quality analyses that will be key to supporting the company's business strategy.
You show excellent analytical skills and love dealing with data, charts, plots, and learning from them.
Your profile:
- You hold **at least a Bachelor's degree** **in** a relevant discipline such as **energy economics, renewable energy markets, and policies, statistics,** **or similar.** A Master's degree and previous relevant work experience are considered strong pluses.
- You have **demonstrated knowledge and interest in solar and wind energy markets, technologies, and policies.**:
- You have **advanced numerical and analytical skills**, able to cross different information to extract the essence of it.
- You have **strong organization and time management skills** with** attention to details.**:
- You have a **solid proficiency in Excel** matched with **confidence in working with data** in a variety of forms and presenting it visually.
- You are **results driven** to deliver comprehensive analysis in a timely manner.
- You are **proactive** in engaging with external stakeholders and experts to collect information.
- You **speak, read and write fluently in English**. Any other language is an important plus.
- Relevant experience in an analytical role, in a field related to energy or SaaS markets is considered a strong advantage.
