- Personnel
- Manages the department Human Resources
- Contributes to an optimal staff occupation, both qualitative and quantitative
- Advises the management and contributes actively to the recruitment & selection of employees
- Treats dismissals and treats them independently, but if necessary in consultation with the HO department HRM and Legal Affairs.
- Advises the management considering reintegration and transfers
- Develops (individual) career plans and (village) Management Development activities
- Analyses personnel data and takes action if necessary (absence due to illness, rotation, employment satisfaction questionnaires, exit interviews etc.)
- Guides employees and managers individually and on department level in order to ensure a solid operational management
- Is responsible for adequate registration in the personnel information system and adequate management information to the departments of the head office
- Ensures optimal communication regarding a new or changed Human Resource policy
- Responsible for an active subsidy policy on the village. Contributes to this policy with up to date knowledge of issues and an accurate registration and check
- Is responsible for the registration of accidents at work.
- Organisation
- Advises Managers and Management Team members on the social policy
- Is present at the village Works Council meetings as well as the Health & Safety committee meetings in his/her area. Advises and supports the Village Works Council and Health & Safety committee.
- Advises on organization developments, makes proposals on this and guides changes
- Remarks changes within the organization and on the employment market and takes action if necessary
- Is responsible for:
- Correctly using the Managers Manual Personnel & Organization
Contributes to a responsible personnel cost management
- Gives information on directions of the CLA and Center Parcs to those concerned
- Participates in project groups considering policy formulations
- Co-contributes to a good communication on the village
- Makes proposals and contributes to a good and fair labor condition - legal position policy
- Organizes activities regarding evaluation talks and controls the follow up of appointments that regard the HR department
- Ensures a periodical performance review of his sector regarding the implemented policy
- Is responsible for the implementation of environmental measures as described in the Manual environment- As a member of the Management Team, the HRM is operationally involved during his/her duty week. Approximately one week in 2 months, the HRM is responsible at the park to ensure possible complaints are handled correctly and spot checks are done at the outlets.**Aantal uur per week**:
