Marketing Lead
Achilles Design is looking for a Marketing Lead (no agency or freelance) to further develop and optimise our
emffaorkrtest.i ng
Job description:
- You draw up the marketing strategy based on the business strategy and your insights
gathered from analytics, market research and competition analysis.
- You translate this into a workable marketing plan that you also execute effectively (together
with the copywriter/content creator, business development, the graphic designers of the
brand design team and if needed other departments).
- You develop, coordinate and execute (offline & online) marketing campaigns that contribute
to strengthening our brand awareness and lead generation.
- You know your way around the key digital marketing disciplines such as SEO/SEA, social
marketing plan. Additional services of an external digital marketing agency is an option if
needed.
- You are the central point of contact for all marketing related matters (online, offline, events,
trade fairs, etc) and you take charge of these tasks.
- Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Marketing &
Communications; Digital Communication & Marketing)
- You have proven experience in developing marketing strategies, concrete marketing plans
and their execution
- You have experience with the key (digital) marketing disciplines
- You are a natural authority in your field and are hands-on
- You are a good planner and have strong organisational skills
- You are an excellent communicator overall and have no trouble with communicating your
marketing strategy and plans to the internal stakeholders
- You have a good sense of initiative and responsibility
- Language skills: Dutch (very good), English (very good), French (preferably working
proficiency)

level.
