En tant que Deputy Lab Manager, vous devrez:
- Veiller au bon déroulement des opérations, en trouvant les bons outils pour que les équipes soient les plus efficaces dans leur travail quotidien.
- Veiller au respect des engagements contractuels en termes de qualité, coûts et délais afin de satisfaire la clientèle.
- Aider à la validation des résultats d’analyse.
- Aider à superviser les équipes de chimistes.
- Aider à l’optimisation de la production en utilisant au mieux les ressources humaines et matérielles.
- Prendre en charge les pannes et gérer les problèmes quotidiens lié à la production
- Suivre, avec le Responsable Achat et stock, les besoins et l’approvisionnement des consommables et réactifs.
- Assurer le respect des procédures analytiques mise-en-place par le Responsable Technique et le Responsable Qualité.
- Communiquer et collaborer étroitement avec la Direction
- Aider à atteindre les objectifs qualités définis par l’entreprise
Pour ce poste de Deputy Lab Manager, notre client recherche le profil suivant:
- Un leader, capable d’écouter, aider, expliquer, coacher, coordonner;
- Une personne avec un bon sens de l’organisation;
- Une personne avec un bon esprit d’analyse et de stratégie, qui aime résoudre les problèmes. Capable de s’adapter et de réagir efficacement face aux difficultés.
- Une personne titulaire d'un Bac ou d'un Master en Chimie;
- Une première expérience en laboratoire;
- De connaissances en chimie analytique;
- De connaissances de la norme ISO 17025;
- De compétences linguistiques en français et anglais. Notre partenaire est un important laboratoire actif dans l'analyse des roches et métaux non-ferreux.
