Als HR Generalist kom je terecht in een team van 5 personen en volgende taken behoren tot je takenpakket:
- Je initieert mee voorstellen voor de optimalisatie van de bestaande processen en draagt projectmatig bij tot de uitwerking ervan.
- Je bent betrokken bij selectiegesprekken, zorgt voor het opstellen van de juiste functiebeschrijvingen en biedt de nodige ondersteuning aan verschillende afdelingen in administratie.
- Je hebt nauw contact met externe selectiepartners die in samenspraak met collega's HR BP geëvalueerd worden.
- Je zorgt voor de onboarding, opvolging van de nieuwe werknemers en staat in voor de evaluatiegesprekken, exitgesprekken,
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de soft HR van een 40tal sites en je bent SPOC voor een 5tal accountmanagers.
- Je geeft technische support aan de medewerkers m.b.t. Beeple (= planningstool)
- Je helpt de HR Manager met nieuwe HR-initiatieven om de interne processen te optimaliseren
- Je bent back-up van je collega's van de payroll. Dit houdt in:
- Je voert een correcte personeelsadministratie van A tot Z (afwezigheden, prestaties, arbeidsongevallen, tijdskredieten,...) met respect voor de sociale wetgeving.
- Je voert een correcte loonadministratie van zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
- Je beheert en controleert de ingevoerde tijdregistraties.

Je werkt voltijds in een 38u week met glijwerktijden.
Profiel
- Je hebt min 2 jaar ervaring in een generalistische HR rol
- Je hebt een goede kennis van sociale wetgeving.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieskills en weet te communiceren op het juiste niveau met stakeholders, van CEO tot productiemedewerker. Je weet hoe je respectvolle relaties te onderhouden op elk niveau
- Discretie en nauwkeurigheid draag je hoog in het vaandel;
- Je kan het HR beleid omzetten naar concrete oplossingen en houdt ervan om initiatief te nemen
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Personeel inlichten over sociaal recht en specifieke kenmerken van de organisatie
- Documenten voor de opvolging en het beheer van het personeel opmaken en actualiseren (sociale overzichtstabellen, salaristabellen, planning van vakanties,...)
- Nieuwe werknemers verwelkomen en hun integratie bevorderen
- Individuele dossiers van werknemers opvolgen en updaten
