Stater Belgium est à la recherche d’un **Full Stack Developer** pour renforcer son département ICT. Vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement du département ICT, service Production Support & Development. Nous garantissons un service financier de haute qualité à diverses grandes banques et compagnies d'assurance en Belgique.
**Objectif de la fonction**: Analyser et effectuer des analyses techniques pour les RFC de manière à ce que les adaptations aux systèmes soient réalisées conformément aux souhaits et aux besoins du client (interne/externe)
**Vos tâches**:
Analyse et évaluation des RFC
- Prend connaissance des RFC via le coordinateur release et évalue la demande en termes d’exhaustivité, de clarté, de maniabilité, d’impact sur la programmation, demande éventuellement des informations complémentaires aux intéressés, au responsable,
- Analyse la demande et fait une estimation des activités (heures de travail relatives à l’analyse, programmation, tests) dans la perspective d’une offre correcte
- Introduit la demande dans le planning, après accord du CAB sur les adaptations à effectuer, tient compte des priorités en fonction des releases planifiées
- Effectue l’analyse technique en pseudo-code, réalise les spécifications souhaitées et respecte les normes techniques
- Introduit la mission dans le planning et explique l’analyse au programmeur concerné, suit l’avancement des activités et informe le responsable technique
- Vérifie si l’adaptation est conforme à la demande du client
- Rédige un scénario de test, effectue éventuellement le test en collaboration avec le programmeur et avertit le release coordinator de l’état de la situation
- Avertit les testeurs sur le terrain en préparation de la release
- Soutien les utilisateurs pendant la phase de test, répond aux questions, reçoit les messages d’erreur

Documentation
- Examine et résout les problèmes techniques ponctuels qui sont signalés au départ de la production/par les clients
- Effectue des parties de tâche pour les projets de la division Business consulting (suivant l’expertise et l’expérience acquises)
**Profil**:

- Vous avez de l'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances techniques en : C#, SQL,.Net, Angular
- Connaissance des langues : Néerlandophone ou Francophone avec au moins une connaissance de base de l'autre autre langue nationale
