We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor** **for our site in Zaventem.

**Fonction**:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for the proper follow-up of the sale of new cars and all aspects around it in order to achieve an optimal result in terms of both sales and customer satisfaction.

He/she is responsible for the daily management of the team of Sales Advisors Toyota-Lexus in the site.

**Job role and responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for following-up the monthly and annual sales targets (CC) for the team of Sales Advisors (together with the Sales Manager) and ensuring that these targets are met.
- You ensure the proper treatment and follow-up of the sales administration by checking the correct execution of each file of the Sales Advisors (sales file according to the internal rules) before handling it over to the Sales Manager, you follow up on current sales campaigns and you closely monitor the sales results.
- Satisfaction by personally ensuring that customer complaints are followed up with the utmost care, you work out action points to continuously increase customer satisfaction (CRS, LRS, Google Review and reputation score), you inform and motivate the Sales Advisors to pay much attention to customer satisfaction.
- You follow-up and guarantee a proper follow-up of CRM.
- You ensure a follow-up of the Financing files and guarantee a proper follow-up of the CRM
- You are responsible for the daily management and monitoring of the Sales Advisors. In addition, you are responsible for the monthly evaluation of the Sales Advisors and you work on their personal development program. You take care of training (courses to follow such as sales, product, financial, insurance, GDPR or other training), coaching and motivation of the team.
Together with the Sales Manager you prepare the mid-year and end of year evaluation of the Sales Advisors.
- You ensure that the showroom is always optimal: sufficient and clean vehicles, good mix (of types, colours and versions), accessories, financing proposal on vehicles, prices, CO2 sheet,...
- The stock (weekly) and the demo fleet (monthly) are well monitored together with Sales Manager: ageing stock, stock level, stock rotation, price adjustment, stock mix, delivery times,...
- You support the sales yourself by being present in the showroom.
- You support the Sales Manager to achieve the Health & Safety KPI’s for the Sales team
- You are a role model for the rest of the team.

**Profil**:
**Education/experiece**:

- You have a strong interest in the automotive sector;
- You like to put the customer first and stand for a personalised approach per customer;
- You have successful automotive sales experience;
- You have a first experience in managing a team;
- You are a socially adept team player who is very results-oriented and has a hands-on mentality;
- You are enterprising, stress-resistant and flexible;
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
