**Wat ga je doen?**:
Voor onze klant regio Oostende zoeken we momenteel een scientist product development voor een vaste functie.
Taken:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor productontwikkeling van de nieuwe producten. Je werkt projecten uit ter verbetering van de formulering van bestaande producten. Je focust op het ontwikkelen van innovatieve formuleringen die vlot produceerbaar zijn.
- Je hebt een goed begrip van de standaard operationele procedures, processen en tijdlijnen om een tijdige levering van producten en accurate technische documentatie te bewerkstelligen.
- Je coördineert het volledige proces rond productformulering, in samenwerking met de productontwikkelaars wereldwijd en met de collega's van de andere afdelingen (inkoop, marketing,...).
- Je assisteert bij het beheer en de oplevering van nieuwe en uitgebreide wereldwijde productontwikkelingsprojecten, volgens de projectspecificaties, met een goed begrip van de commerciële, therapeutische en reglementaire nalevingscriteria voor elke markt.
- Je bent creatief in het oplossen van problemen.
- Je geeft hierbij ondersteuning aan andere afdelingen.
**Wie zoeken wij voor Scientist product development?**:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma Biomedische Wetenschappen of Farmacie of Biochemie, Chemie of Voeding.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in productontwikkeling en projectmanagement
- Je hebt een passie voor wetenschap, micronutritie en het vertalen van wetenschappelijk bewijs naar klinisch effectieve oplossingen
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels
- Je werkt vlot met Excel, Powerpoint, Word en Outlook, Project management tools/frameworks: Agile, Prince2 (is een plus)
- Je bent oplossings-/resultaatgericht en flexibel bij veranderende prioriteiten en je hebt een sterk gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator en een echte teamplayer
