**Missie**
De Team Manager Market Exchange Specialists maakt deel uit van het Billing & Collection team binnen de Retail afdeling van Luminus en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Manager Market Process Relations. Het Billing & Collection team is verantwoordelijk voor de billing en collection processen en heeft tot doel een correcte en tijdige facturatie te verzorgen met een hoge klantentevredenheid en een zo laag mogelijk financieel risico (bad debt) en dit voor 1,6 mln. klanten.
Hij/zij zal een belangrijke rol spelen in het mee vorm geven van de organisatie post-Atrias op het vlak van gegevensuitwisseling en contacten met de markt.
Hij/Zij is hierbij een inspirator voor de mensen en staat in voor een continue optimalisatie van de resultaten van de afdeling door het dagelijks opvolgen, coachen motiveren en ontwikkelen van zijn/haar mensen en het nemen van initiatieven tot verbetering van de werking van het departement.
De Market exchange specialisten zijn verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van sterke operationele en performantie gedreven relaties met de interne en externe contacten op de energiemarkt,. Dit om te verzekeren dat onze business vereisten begrepen zijn en om de toegevoegde waarde voor onze klant te verzekeren. Door de positie van Luminus te vertegenwoordigen in de dagdagelijkse contacten met de marktpartijen (DNB’s) in het kader van individuele klantendossiers en operationele opvolging.

- Dagelijkse administratie van het Market Exchange specialisten team (planning, sturen van de workload, verlofaanvragen, )
- Op een continue manier de medewerkers van het team coachen, begeleiden en motiveren teneinde enerzijds de kwaliteit en de performantie te verbeteren en anderzijds de individuele competenties van elke medewerker te ontwikkelen. De medewerkers bijstaan en ondersteunen waar nodig en hun zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie te vergroten.
- Problemen oplossen en escaleren indien nodig
- Implementatie en opvolgen van marktgerelateerde issues in de operationele run
- Mee opvolgen van de operationele meetings met de DNB’s met de Market Exchange specialists
- Verzekeren van de goede kwaliteit en van continue verbetering van de werking van het team
- Identificeren & uitwerken opportuniteiten voor kostefficiëntie
- Rapporteren en verbeteren van de processen
- Onderhouden van goede relaties met derde partijen als operationele vertegenwoordiger van Billing & Collections team (DNB’s, IT, knowledge, marketing ).
- Als verbindingsfiguur optreden tussen het team en het management: op een consistente manier de boodschappen van het management communiceren maar tegelijk ook een spreekbuis zijn van zijn medewerkers naar het management.
- Als verbindingsfiguur optreden tussen het team en de interne teams (CXC, B&C, B2b), Knowledge, IT, marketing, optimization,enerzijds en de DNB’s anderzijds: de zo verkregen feedback integreren in zowel het dagelijks management als in het evaluatieproces. Tegelijk ook de actiepunten vanuit het team naar deze interne en externe partners escaleren en in samenwerking naar oplossingen zoeken.
- Als leider van het team de medewerkers gidsen en begeleiden doorheen transformatieprocessen en hen inspireren om op hun beurt echte change drivers en ambassadors te zijn.
- Het identificeren en uitwerken van opportuniteiten ter verbetering van de (kost)efficiëntie of kwaliteit van het team, rekening houdende met impact hiervan op andere teams. En dit met voldoende detail inzicht op de werking van het team maar tegelijk ook met een helikopterzicht op de wisselwerking van de teamprocessen met de andere bedrijfsprocessen.
- Het creëren van een hechte en open team-cultuur waar plaats is voor overleg, autonomie, kennisoverdracht, elkaar challengen en elkaar ondersteunen.
- Bachelor opleiding of gelijkwaardig
- Een eerste ervaring in People Management in een Customer Service of IT-omgeving
- Een goed uitgebouwd intern netwerk (IT, CXC, B&C, OE)
- Project management skills: time management, gestructureerd werken, helicopter view, presentatie skills
- Kennis van MS Office/ SAP-ISU, Salesforce en de marktpocessen
- Talen: Een goede kennis van het Frans, Nederlands en Engels
- People management skills : goede coaching skills, actief luisteren, leiderschap, empathie, conflict management, team builder, goede communicator
