Studio Dott is op zoek naar een Service Designer met affiniteit voor change management.

Als Service Designer ben je de rots in de branding voor een breed scala van klanten en projecten. Impact creëren voor mensen en bedrijven drijft ons en maakt ons trots. Met je scherpe geest begrijp je als geen ander de noden. Je creatieve talent zet je in voor het ontwerp van oplossingen die het verschil maken. Empathisch begeleid je de implementatie van nieuwe diensten binnen bedrijven en organisaties. Weerstand tegen verandering is niet nieuw voor jou. Van behoeftedetectie naar mensgerichte oplossingen

Je onderzoekt de behoeften in de dienstverlening en beleving, zet cocreatieve trajecten op, helpt klanten bij het bedenken en creëren van een toekomstvisie, reikt een mix van oplossingen aan, analyseert wat er nodig is om die te realiseren en bepaalt de roadmap naar implementatie.

Jouw rol stopt niet bij het ontwikkelen van een nieuwe dienst. Met veel drive en empathie stel je kritische vragen over de impact op medewerkers en de veranderingen die ze moeten doorvoeren, je gaat in dialoog met de betrokkenen, je helpt het benodigde draagvlak te creëren, en begeleidt de totale implementatie.
