Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Wil je een belangrijke rol spelen in de dynamiek van operationele verbetering bij de NMBS door jouw analytische vaardigheden ten volle te benutten? Als Data & Reporting Analyst speel je een cruciale rol bij het identificeren en analyseren van operationele problemen, en bij het volgen van de stiptheid van treinen bij de NMBS en de prestaties van de Transport Operations-afdeling.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Binnen de afdeling "Data Punctuality and Performance" zullen jouw taken bestaan uit:
- Het uitvoeren van specifieke studies en voortdurende analyse van alle operationele gegevens die relevant zijn om de evolutie van de stiptheid te verklaren en de oorzaken van onstiptheid te identificeren, en mogelijk op termijn andere parameters van operationele prestaties (zoals annuleringen, het halen van aansluitingen, enz.).
- Het creëren van rapporten/dashboards ter ondersteuning van de analyses uitgevoerd door leden van de afdeling "Punctuality and Performance Management" of door partners van andere diensten/afdelingen.
- Het organiseren van contacten met verantwoordelijken van operationele en technische diensten om oplossingen te identificeren voor geïdentificeerde problemen.
- Het volgen van de voortgang van de genomen maatregelen om de stiptheid te verbeteren.
- Het zoeken en manipuleren van gegevens uit verschillende IT-systemen. Hiervoor moet je samenwerken met de IT-afdeling van de NMBS (Ypto) om de specifieke databehoeften te beschrijven. Op basis hiervan moeten relevante indicatoren en weergaven worden bedacht en ontwikkeld die toegevoegde waarde bieden.
- Het doel van jouw functie is, kort samengevat, het vergemakkelijken van de identificatie van de oorzaken van onstiptheid, en het bevorderen en monitoren van concrete resultaten van genomen verbeteracties om het beheer van duurzame prestatieverhoging te waarborgen.- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in de informatica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar professionele ervaring op het gebied van data-analyse.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van SQL- en/of Python-programmering. Kennis van het Microsoft Azure-ecosysteem (Datafactory, AAS, Databricks, PowerBi...) is een troef.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je hebt een analytsiche geest en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
