Oliver James is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Belgium to find a **CRM Business Analyst** to join their team.
**The position is open for permanent**
**What will you do ?**
- Understand business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business and IT.
- Design and configure CRM solutions within the SAP environment, considering best practices and industry standards.
- Provide trainings to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize CRM functionalities.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of CRM systems.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CRM technologies and SAP modules.
- Maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, where teamwork and knowledge sharing are valued.
**Who are you ?**
- You have a first experience as a Business Analyst CRM, with a focus on SAP
- In-depth understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices
- Proficiency in SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Service
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
- Experience in providing trainings and user support for CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple projects and priorities
- Humility and a strong personality, with the ability to adapt and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Experience in testing CRM environments and ensuring system quality
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
