Wij zijn op zoek naar een junior kandidaat die creatief, analytisch, die vertrouwd is met technologie, flexibel en bijzonder ontvankelijk voor nieuwe ideeën. De digitale wereld verandert voortdurend; de beste praktijken van vandaag zijn over zes maanden misschien niet meer de beste.

De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **junior Digitalization Specialist **zijn:

- Je begrijpt de beweegredenen van je publiek zodat je zo effectief mogelijk kunt segmenteren.
- Je onderhoudt databases voor toekomstige campagnes.
- Je zal ook de trends in resultaten vaststellen en rapporten opstellen voor stakeholders.
- Je werkt samen met het management om belangrijke prestatie-indicatoren te definiëren, rapporten op te stellen en de campagneprestaties te analyseren.
- Je doet aanbevelingen voor voortdurende verbetering van campagnes.
- Je plant en voert A/B-tests uit om verbeteringen in productiviteit, conversiepercentages, ROI van campagnes te definiëren en uit te voeren.

De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **junior Digitalization Specialist **zijn:

- Je hebt een diploma in marketing, marketing automation of digitale marketing.
- Ervaring met Mailchimp of Sendinblue is een voordeel.
- Je bent zeer georganiseerd en gemotiveerd, en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
- Je bent in staat om meerdere taken te beheren met concurrerende prioriteiten.
- Je bent in staat om kritisch te denken en een onafhankelijk oordeel te vellen en discretie te betrachten.
- Je hebt aandacht voor details.
- Je spreekt vlot Frans of Nederlands en Engels. Actieve kennis van de andere landstaal is een strenge pluspunt.
