**About the job**:
Als ervaren recruiters bij ITZUjobs hebben we zeer leuke en variabele klanten in onze portefeuille. Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar getalenteerde en gemotiveerde kandidaten voor verschillende HR-functies bij diverse bedrijven in de regio Antwerpen. We zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die gepassioneerd zijn door HR en die graag deel willen uitmaken van een groeiend team.
**Your responsibilities**:
Een greep uit de functies die bij onze klanten openstaan:
**HR Administrator**:
Als HR Administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve proces van het HR-team. Je zal instaan voor de verwerking van HR-gerelateerde documenten zoals contracten, aanwervingen en afwezigheidsregistratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle HR-gerelateerde informatie correct en up-to-date is. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van HR-gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers.
**Recruiter**:
Als Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het werven en selecteren van kandidaten voor openstaande functies. Je werkt nauw samen met het management om hun behoeften en vereisten te begrijpen en je ontwikkelt en implementeert rekruteringsplannen en -strategieën. Je zal ook deelnemen aan jobbeurzen en het opzetten van stages en afstudeerprogramma's.
**Payroll Officer**:
Als Payroll Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van salarissen en andere betalingen. Je zal ervoor zorgen dat de lonen correct en op tijd worden verwerkt en dat belastingen en socialezekerheidsbijdragen correct worden berekend. Je houdt de loonadministratie up-to-date en je werkt samen met andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de betalingen correct worden geboekt.
**HR Officer**:
Als HR Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken op het gebied van HR. Je zal zorgen voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR-processen en -procedures en je werkt nauw samen met het management en andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat HR-strategieën en -doelstellingen worden bereikt. Je zal ook fungeren als contactpersoon voor medewerkers en zal HR-gerelateerde vragen beantwoorden en problemen oplossen.
**Qualifications**:
We zoeken kandidaten met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je moet proactief zijn en in staat zijn om prioriteiten te stellen. Daarnaast ben je discreet en respecteer je vertrouwelijkheid. Je hebt ook uitstekende computervaardigheden en bent in staat om verschillende HR-software en -systemen te gebruiken.
