Wij zijn voor onze Human Resources afdeling te versterken op zoek naar een (m/v) Compensation & Benefits Coordinator.**Je functie**:

- Als expert compensation & benefits verzeker je dat onze verloningsstrategie in lijn is met de ondernemingsdoelstellingen, de trends in de arbeidsmarkt en de regelgeving en sociale wetgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren, evalueren en optimaliseren van ons pakket van arbeidsvoorwaarden. Samen met je team beheer je op een correcte wijze de payroll, tijdsregistratie, de groepsverzekeringen, het cafetariaplan en policies mbt bedrijfswagens, gsm’s, edm. Je volgt de wetgeving op, formuleert voorstellen, staat in voor efficiënte C&B processen.
- Op een klantgerichte en proactieve wijze communiceer je naar de organisatie en geef je advies aan het management en medewerkers mbt C&B en sociale wetgeving.
- Je speelt een actieve rol in de sociale overlegorganen (ondernemingsraad, syndicale delegatie): je zorgt mee voor een constructief klimaat, bereidt de vergaderingen inhoudelijk voor en bent betrokken bij de onderhandelingen.
- Je voert HR projecten uit en geeft ondersteuning op het vlak van budgetbeheer en HR rapporteringen.
- Je geeft leiding aan twee medewerkers die instaan voor o.m. personeels
- en salarisadministratie, tijdsregistratie, functiemanagement, contractbeheer en rapporteringen. Jouw ervaring in deze domeinen laten je toe om hen zowel kwalitatief-inhoudelijk als competentiegericht te coachen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Business Partners en HR advisors en rapporteert aan de HR Manager.

**Je profiel**:

- Na het behalen van je master diploma rechten heb je een ruime ervaring opgebouwd in een aanverwante HR functie.
- Je hebt een aantoonbare expertise in sociale wetgeving, compensation & benefits, bij voorkeur ook (in)direct met het beheer van een payroll, en ervaring met sociaal overleg.
- Je bent een communicatieve teamplayer, geeft blijk van leidinggevende competenties en houdt van vlotte sociale contacten op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
- Je vertoont sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent een stressbestendige en dynamische zelfstarter.
- (HR)IS en MS Excel zijn voor jou geen onbekende (SuccessFactors, eBlox, Agresso, Assusoft).
- Je bent perfect tweetalig (N/F) en je hebt een goede praktische kennis van het Engels.
