**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
In de rol van Flows and Depot Planner ben je belast met het optimaliseren van was
- en transportplanningen, evenals het beheer van voorraadvraag en -aanbod. Je hoofddoel is het bepalen en verbeteren van de stromen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd zorgt voor de beschikbaarheid van voorraad voor klanten tegen de meest kosteneffectieve wijze.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Flows and Depot Planner:
**1. Voorraadbeheer**
- Controleren en beheren van voorraden.
- Capaciteit van depots controleren en hergroeperingen organiseren in samenwerking met groepsplanning voor langeafstandstransport.
- Communicatie met depots en CO-logistics om voorraadstromen te optimaliseren.
**2. Wasplanning**
- Opstellen en beheren van dagelijkse activiteitenplanning op basis van binnenkomende orders en verwachtingen op korte en lange termijn.
- Ontwikkelen van wasplannen in overeenstemming met lokale en internationale vereisten.
- Dagelijkse controle van wasbatches en vergelijken van geplande versus werkelijke wasprestaties.
- Overleg met depots en CO-logistiek als eerste aanspreekpunt.
**3. Transportuitvoering**
- Dagelijks raadplegen van operationele rapportages en rapporteren aan de directie.
- Opstellen en monitoren van transportplanning op korte en lange termijn, met betrokkenheid van transportorganisatoren.
- Ontwikkelen van diepgaande kennis van operationele activiteiten en zoeken naar geschikte transportbedrijven.
**Wat zoeken we?**:
Als Flows and Depot Planner heb je onderstaande vaardigheden:
- Opleiding in transport en logistiek of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond.
- Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in logistieke planning.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Ervaring met SAP.
- Zeer goede beheersing van Excel, inclusief pivot-tabellen, grafieken en formules.
- Goede planning en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Je bent stressbestendig en daadkrachtig.
- Sterke verbale communicatievaardigheden.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
