**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and execution of Organon’s short & long-term Environmental Sustainability ambitions and goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Organon’s environmental programs and SHE management system.
- Provide environmental support to Company facilities globally to reduce environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and implement where necessary, external environmental trends, including developing policies, legislation and advocacy positions.
- Develop innovative tools and training programs for implementation of EHS programs and best practices.
- Collect and analyze Environmental Data to track progress against Organon’s goals.
- Contribute to Organon’s ESG report.
- Manage knowledge and best practices within the organization.
**Education Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field.
**Required Experience and Skills**:
- Minimum 5 years environmental compliance or sustainability experience at an industrial facility or in a corporate role supporting EHS programs.
- Knowledgeable of international environmental policies and regulations.
- With implementing EHS Management Systems (e.g. ISO 14001).
- With leading and implementing sustainability (ESG) programs and projects.
- Working level knowledge of environmental treatment technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to work transparently and with a sense of urgency across various businesses and functions.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interfacing with senior level management.
