**The job**:

- As a senior financial advisor, amongst other responsibilities, you define the value of assets. You provide strategic advice on potential real estate projects. In addition you work on a wide diversity of internal and external business projects, which makes your job varying, making every day a different one.
- You guide our clients in the valuation of their current, potential and future real estate portfolio, while considering a variety of economic parameters and objective points of comparison. You explore the strategic and economic impact of new features and trends such as ESG.
- You are in contact with our diverse portfolio of clients and will be Stadim’s ambassador. Our customers are a mix of national and international investors, public and private companies, banks and insurance companies. When assessing their real estate portfolio, you often conduct field visits to their properties.
- You are interested in digital innovations and solutions, and concerned with the digital future of the company.
- As a senior valuer, you coach and manage our junior valuers in their growth.

**Your qualifications**:

- Your passion in valuations and strategic exercise, is the result of your strong base of experience (5 years mínimal) in real estate.
- You understand the valuation business through your financial and analytical expertise. You have a passion for analysis and strategy.
- You hold a master’s degree (with preference) in economics or engineering with a feeling for economics.
- You love excel.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and/or English.
- You are a strong communicator and you like to work autonomously, keeping in mind the team focus, and you are a hands-on entrepreneur.
