Mission - Gérer les réservations et assurer les check-ins- Contrôler les chambres et superviser le département housekeeping- Assurer une communication fluide et précise avec la conciergerie- Participer aux briefings matinaux et soutenir l’ensemble de l’équipe Hébergement- Veiller au respect des standards et procédures de l'hôtelObjectifs pédagogiquesConnaissance du marché de l’hôtellerie haut de gamme bruxelloiseApprentissage des différents logiciels hôteliersParticipation au management des équipesManagement des divers défis quotidiensAutonomie, prise d’initiative et sens de l’organisationRéactivité, flexibilité & adaptabilité
