Sales Trainee – Crowne Plaza Antwerpen Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events, delivering outstanding service, and exploring the world of hotel sales? At Crowne Plaza Antwerpen, we're looking for a motivated Sales Trainee to contribute to our dynamic team, combining event coordination with strategic sales support.What you’ll be doingStrategic Coordination • Assist the Manager in implementing our Groups, Events & Sales strategy. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and high-demand periods to support commercial decisions.Sales Support • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new leads, support prospecting efforts, and help prepare sales presentations and proposals. • Participate in site inspections, client visits, and familiarization events. • Help maintain and update our CRM tools, client databases, and reporting dashboards.Client Engagement • Help convert leads into confirmed business through excellent service and follow-up. • Support client communication throughout the event lifecycle.Event Planning Excellence • Assist in organizing and coordinating event details, ensuring all internal departments are aligned and briefed. • Work towards exceeding client expectations by contributing to smooth event execution.Innovation & Product Development • Bring fresh ideas for our Meetings & Events product offering. • Support the creation of impactful sales & marketing materials for group and event clients.Team Collaboration • Interact with all departments (Front Office, F&B, Revenue, etc.) to understand how we deliver as one team.Your ideal profile?• Student in Hotel Management, Business, or Marketing/Sales • Internship agreement for minimum 5 months starting as soon as possible • Fluent in English and Dutch; French or other languages are a plus • Passionate about client service, communication, and hospitality • Organized, enthusiastic, and a team playerWhat to expect during your internship at Crowne Plaza Antwerpen?
