At C4T, we're rethinking the way companies handle customs and trade compliance—using cutting-edge technology and an agile mindset. We partner with Fortune 500 companies to streamline their global trade operations, and as an SDR, you'll be at the forefront of that transformation.
Our sales process is highly consultative and complex, combining cutting-edge SaaS solutions with intricate customs and logistics workflows—requiring a deep understanding of both technology and cross-border trade regulations to drive value for enterprise customers.
What You'll Own
Qualify leads from various sources—marketing campaigns, events, outbound outreach, and strategic partners—into high-potential sales opportunities.
You will drive personalised, account-based marketing campaigns to engage and convert high-value target accounts
Engage prospects through outbound channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) and spark interest in C4T's solutions.
Build strong relationships from the first touchpoint, guiding prospects until they're ready for the next step with our Sales team.
Be the face of C4T—confidently present our company and product to potential clients, including large multinational organizations.
Drive new business by proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in the market.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to grow the pipeline and align strategies.
Report regularly on performance, wins, and insights to your line manager.
Stay ahead of the curve with our latest products, services, and pricing models.
Navigate objections with confidence and clarity.
Feed real customer insights back to our internal teams to help refine our offering.
Represent C4T at industry events and conferences in Belgium and beyond
What Makes You a Great Fit
You have proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
You are truly passionate about sales, eager to grow and develop into an Account Executive role
You're fluent in English (spoken and written), with additional proficiency in Dutch or French—a strong advantage.
You're confident with cold outreach and skilled in multiple sales techniques.
You understand sales performance metrics and how to use them to improve.
You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and know how to run engaging intro demos.
You're comfortable using structured reporting tools to track and share results.
You're eager to grow—yourself, your team, and the company—and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You bring strong people and collaboration skills, and work well across teams and departments.
