Je hebt het kantoor van Dendermonde als uitvalsbasis en het werkgebied strekt zich over de regio Zenne-Dender.
Some of your duties include:
As Site manager Ultranet ben jij de spil op het terrein. Je coördineert de uitvoering van de werken, stuurt teams van technici, grondwerkers en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van middelen. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle operationele vragen.
- Opstellen van plaatsbeschrijvingen en bewonerscommunicatie.
- Preparation and approval of measurement records.
- Proactief oplossen van problemen en klachten tijdens uitvoering.
- Processing invoicing slips from subcontractors.
- Preparation of PV provisional delivery.
- Monitoring van KPI's en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Digital measurement of As-built data.
- Technisch diploma (Civiele Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig).
- Een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen infrastructuur of nutssector.
- Sterke leiderschaps- en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Oplossingsgericht, communicatief en stressbestendig.
