Senior Marketing Executive/ Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external parties for leading operations and logistics of events such as seminars, exhibitions, luncheons and webinars
Collaborate with cross teams, designer and vendors to handle content creation for websites, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, WeChat, YouTube), eDM campaigns, videos production etc. with performance evaluation to increase brand reputation in the industry
Cooperate with cross business units to assist in new product launch/function upgrade roll-out plan and product concepts illustration with write-up and visual ideation and development
Explore and evaluate brand visibility-driven awards, associations, institution, partners and conference speaking opportunities to expand potential business network with budget control
Support seniors to draft and edit marketing collateral including brochures, advertorials, case studies, press releases, quick news, business presentations, etc. for multi-channel promotion
Stay on top of market trend, industry update and conduct research of competitors' products to initiate industry/account-based marketing campaigns
Provide marketing administration and coordination for the department and marketing support services to other internal departments for delivering quality outcome

Requirements

Bachelor (or above) in marketing, communication, business administration or other related fields
2 to 5 years of solid experience in marketing in which 1 year of experience in B2B or IT-related businesses is an advantage
Good understanding of the innovation and technology industry with strong business acumen
Solid experience in implementing end to end marketing events and managing website update/revamp, email blasting, social media planner, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, etc.
Hands-on experience with Adobe, WordPress, Canvas, video editing software is an advantage
Experience/knowledge in publicity in Greater Bay Area is a plus
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
trong multitasking, self-motivated, creative, attention to details, problem solving, logical thinking and analytical capabilities while a good team player;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
