Technical Training Coordinator

As an ideal candidate, you are a proactive External Technical Training Coordinator with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure seamless training operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, this role is tailored for you.
You develop a training calendar in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
You coordinate all logistical aspects, such as venues, trainers, materials, and invitations.
You ensure that all training sessions adhere to internal guidelines and legal requirements.
You assign appropriate technical profiles and training programs to participants within the LMS.
You analyze participant feedback to continuously improve the quality of training sessions.
You actively seek collaboration with technical experts to keep the training content relevant and up-to-date.
You maintain effective communication with participants, trainers, and external suppliers for a smooth training experience.
What are we looking for?
You have at least 3 years of experience in training coordination or project management, preferably in a technical environment.
You possess strong organizational and administrative skills.
You have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
You are an excellent communicator.
You are proactive in your approach to tasks.
You are fluent in Dutch and French.
