**Introduction**:
In view of standardizing IT operations in NISC and implement outsourcing of NISC activities to Industry, under the direction of the NCIA Sponsor in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium the contractor will produce Statements of Work, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Operating Instructions, and Work Instructions (WI).
**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Excellent IT technical writing and communication skills (English) with proven experience of at least 8 years, in particular in writing performance-based statements of work;
- Proficiency in using word processor (in particular styles and layout functions) and visualization tools;
- Very good knowledge of network and IT operations and service support in an ITIL framework, including configuration management and change management.

**Duties/role**:

- Producing Statements of Work, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Operating Instructions, and Work Instructions (WI).
