**IT Project Coordinator**:
We are currently looking for a talented** IT Project Coordinator **to join our team.

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the dynamic world of Telecommunications? Are you a seasoned IT professional with a knack for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions?

**Mission Context**: The IT Project Coordinator is temporarily expanding its team to facilitate the delivery of projects on the business roadmap. The Consultant for this role is a versatile IT Solution Analyst/Project Manager with a strong technical background in Telco BSS. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of small to medium-sized Business-as-Usual projects, with a primary focus on projects within the Billing domain while maintaining a cross-functional approach.

**Your mission**:

- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Actively participate in meetings with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges, while also providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- **Requirement Collection and Documentation**: Gather and document IT requirements in addition to business requirements, including non-functional requirements, security requirements, performance requirements, testing and environment requirements, and IT operation requirements.
- **Solution Design**: Collaborate with technical stakeholders/providers to design solutions that effectively address both business and IT requirements.
- **Solution Validation**: Evaluate and validate technical solutions proposed by external providers, ensuring they align with project goals and quality standards.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the technical implementation of projects, including the testing phase, and take proactive measures to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Documentation of IT and business requirements.
- Solution design proposals and validation reports.
- Project management documentation and progress reports.

**Your pRofile**:

- University Degree, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
- Proven experience in implementation, demonstrating practical knowledge of integration challenges (e.g., performance optimization, error management).
- Previous experience in IT roles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Strong technical background and expertise in Billing solutions for Telco.
- Technical proficiency in at least one of the following areas:

- Telco Billing systems.
- Telco Order management systems.
- Telco Order Entry systems (e.g., Salesforce/Vlocity).
- System integration: API (Web Service), system connectivity, security, etc.
- Ability to comprehend and align with business requirements, proposing the most suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in challenging both functional and technical proposals from partners.
- Competency in managing IT projects involving multiple partners, including offshore partners.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator capable of explaining technical complexities to various audiences and ensuring comprehension.
- Assertive and proactive in addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in French and/or Dutch
- Proficiency in English
