A Quality Control (QC) Technician at Eurozip ensures that all zippers and fastening products meet strict quality, safety, and performance standards before they are delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities
: Inspect raw materials (tapes, metal/plastic components, threads) before production Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing Test finished zippers for: Strength and durability Smooth operation (opening/closing performance) Heat, moisture, and wear resistance Identify defects (stitching errors, alignment issues, material faults) Record and report quality results Work with production teams to solve quality problems Ensure compliance with ISO and Oeko-Tex® standards Support continuous improvement in production quality Required Skills: Experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection Attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of têxtile or mechanical production processes Basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO standards preferred) Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, gauges, testing machines) Problem-solving and reporting skills Loon: Vanaf €2.800,00 per maand
