Web Administrator Intern

- The Site Operations Intern works closely with the Site Operation team and report to the Site Operation Specialist to support the Site Merchandising and Front End team to drive the site experience in line with local marketing and product calendars.

Key tasks:
Day to Day Site Management and Product Go Live:

- Ensure flawless launch of new products on the site in line with product and marketing calendar
- Take care of the costumer service tickets (501 tickets) and reach out to relevant teams to solve the cases.
- Main contact to lead communications with our 3rd Party vendor, regarding our smaller markets.
- Sourcing enrichment information (i.e. pricing from Merch Seasonal Files and chasing up if missing data)
- Provide Missing enrichment report weekly for the relevant POC, update the assortment with the ADDs/DROPs, changing start date and end date for products according to the product assortment file. Working with Site Merch team on missing enrichment information to ensure products go live as soon as possible.
- Working in Salsify (PIM tool) and Hybris Backoffice on the product enrichments
- File uploads through Salsify (images, price, badge, Country Adoption, etc.) and site check/audit.
- Update, upload and maintain price information for all EU countries in different currencies according to the Merch Seasonal Files
- Remove product from the site after sale season ends or in case of special request, and track the removal

Manage Promotional:

- Set up and execute promotions on all transactional websites across Europe according to Retail and eCommerce promotional calendar by country
- Create Sale price and badge files for promotions and push them live on the site

Project Management driving Tools, Process and Site Experience Improvements:

- Work with IT Support team on site/server issues and following up on returned error files
- Q&A the sites for continuous improvements
- Implement regional and country-specific navigation updates
- Implement ad-hoc updates of copy when necessary
- Own side projects and work to improve process with the WebOp team members
- Adapt product sorting to regional and country needs to drive conversion
- Manage requests to the global team for all problems that cannot be solved at EU level
- Participate in weekly production meetings with EU Merchandising and Global Web Operations
- Look after the Smaller Markets, and provide the necessary information for the external partner
- handle Internal query tool in a daily basis
- Support cluster related request (North & South)

**Education**:
University Undergraduate Degree preferred (ideally in the field of analysis, business, research methods, economics, marketing, statistics, etc.). Masters in similar areas preferred. Courses in Project Management

Experience: Some experience working on projects that involve attention to detail, processes and teamwork.

Experience within eCommerce preferred.

Technical knowledge:
Advanced excel knowledge, Risk and Data management skills, some experience of managing back ends of web platforms would be preferred.
